Cost will be expensive, but, if you entered to the bathroom, you will be satisfied with good viewing of Sapporo. And, quality of hot water and amenies are also making you satisfied.

Sanctuary right in the city. The entrance was hard to find, you just have to follow the signs to Hotel Nikko, and then take the lift up to level 22. The men’s onsen contained 2 hot pools, a dry sauna, a misting sauna and bathing facilities. There was also a lounging area together with the cafe. It was great to rest at the reclining chairs after a soak to admire the cityscape.

Absolutely loved this place. Bit pricey compared to other places at 3000¥ but for 20€ still decent compared to for example europe. There is a bubble bath, hot bath, steam room and sauna, which are all great. All of the baths overlook Sapporo and it’s mountains as long as you aren’t all the way in. Especially the steam room is great for the view as there are chairs and huge windows. Overall I highly recommend if you are looking for an onsen with a fancy feel and great views.

Great experience! Definitely a spa and not a traditional onsen. Female side has a northwest view of the city and males get a southwest view. You can see the sunset from the spa area and the lounge area. In the spa, there are a few pools, a hot tub, sauna, and body cleansing services. They have good quality hair/body/face wash amenities and towels/robes/combs for use. They even have the new Dyson hairdryer! Apart from the spa and lounge, there is also a cafe and a massage service. You are paying ¥3000 as a non-member to receive 5-star spa service. Workers were friendly and could speak English, area is clean and well-designed. 10/10 would recommend

Good views and an amazing spa, right on top of the JR hotel adjacent to the station. Just as good as it was 5 years ago!
