Located right in the heart of Umeda, it's incredibly convenient since you can reach it from the station by passing through commercial facilities. The baths offer a variety of options like carbonated baths, natural hot springs, jet baths, and saunas, so you'll never get bored no matter what time you visit. The rest areas are spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing. It's a place I highly recommend.

I wanted to give negative 69 stars.. I am counting how many stupid events that are occurring as I audit this place 1) your gal with pony tail who do not have knowledge of work stopped me when I was swimming midway to tell me no swimming. I took the sign and showed her no crawl no butterfly, limpeh swimming breast stroke.. u know breast STROKE??!! But she no understand angmo.. so I got another guy to explain. I told him I am swimming BREAST STROKE at the open infinity pool. He also don’t understand he kept saying I am swimming crawl. HELLO, BREAST STROKING and CRAWLING, u no understand. Left me standing in open air in the cold and wasted my precious seconds. Then he realised he lost, he say no BREAST STROKING too near the edge as there are cafes below. I told him to check the video cam to see I am swimming at mid line of pool 2) private rooms they say is for 2 or more person to make out. 1 person cannot reserve.. how dumb is that… 1hr here and counting. I am seeing more service lapse Reply on 22nd Dec2025, 026am Japan time.. I was there I believe between 3May-4may2025. And u took 7mths to reply. Please refer to the sign u put up in ur Onsen below and stop making excuses, it says and I quote, “Crawl and butterfly strikes are prohibited. “ I swam neither. I was swimming BREAST STROKE when ur staff stopped me.. did your sign says no breast stroke???

Great onsen! Many choices of bath. Include Refa & Yaman hairdryers and curl and straight irons. Food and drinks included.

It’s a money pit! Ok set up, nice area but waaay to loud music. Hard to talk at 10 am by the pool. Charging money for everything and introducing new rules and charges as the day goes. So we would not visit again. Takes some of the joy out when you feel new rules are made up to scam more money off you. We entered via our hotel, paid one fee there, another fee to get to the actual outside pool, then a drink buying policy to get sunloungers, then a new rental fee pr hour for the same sun loungers… all tatoos need to be covered, they sell patches to cover them.

I really love onsen here and this place should be a must visit when you are in osaka. Variety and unique of each onsen ponds with the perfect temperature. Locker room, powder room(love it), toilets are very neat and clean. Relax place for lady is a hideaway and so relax. Other highlight is 12 hot stones, salted Himalayan room and cool room.. dont miss! Staffs are attentive and friendly. The gym and outdoor pool seems busy so I like more for onsen path. Food at restaurant is ok with good service. Recommend come earlier in the morning you will feel calm, private and relax.
