SAUNA VILLA 然

We loved the hotel, easy check in/out, good communication, spacious rooms and great private sauna. However, the noise from the upstairs room meant we got very little sleep. Banging around between 11pm - 1am, this is a hotel issue as it’s not well sound proofed. Seeing as the whole experience is relaxing apart from this, they need to fix the issue. Also they took our robes away so we didn’t have them for our last day / night. Could do with a place to hang towels in the bathroom, a seat for putting shoes on by the door and a bedside table would be handy too.

BEST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN TO. Nothing to complain about. Absolutely amazing amenities! Close enough to station, friendly staff, amazing bed and bathroom (with own sauna). If you are sceptical because of slightly higher cost, if you are going in winter I urge you to come here. Amazing to come after a day out in the cold or skiing. Loved my time here and will be back! (Plus you get free drinks restocked every day).

Spacious room, beauitfully decorated and cleaned. Every essential and amenity was considered and thought of. The attached sauna was amazing as well as the bath. Tons of attractions and fun excursions within walking distance. I honestly was surprised it had everything as advertised, and more. It was paradise, I hope to come back someday.

It’s a very spacious room (by Asian standards) and everything is very clean and new! It also smells really nice and relaxing! Staff are also super nice :) Checkin is strictly from 3 but you can leave your bags there. There are rooms on the second floor- do double check with them whether your room is on the first or second floor if you foresee bringing tons of luggage. The stairs are wooden so I feel a bad when my luggage hits against it as I carry it up and down! It is also really dark at night, so be careful, expect minimal street lamps.

What a lovely experience! The sauna Villa offers some beautifully equipped rooms which feel like everything is new. We received many gifts like a full fridge with water, Juice and beer. Morever, there is a self service Sake Station in the building. Also, the whole building has a very pleasant smell of Sauna oils. Additionally, the staff is very friendly! We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend the sauna Villa wihtout hesitation.
