Tattoos are not allowed. It's a good onsen with very good resting facilities. Many massage rooms. You get to choose from Hilot (Philippines), Chakra (Thai), Swedish, etc. I recommend Hilot if you like it hard. 3 types of saunas, salt sauna was my favorite. The cold bath however is very small and located outside, which is kinda inconvenient if you are using the sauna inside. The outdoor area is very spacious, and I love the tatami mat sleeping area. My only complaint here was the main outdoor bath has so many mysterious trash. There are cigarette butts, bandages, and even razor packaging. You will think, how did it get there? Is smoking allowed in the outdoor bath? Has somebody shaved in the outdoor bath? It's just so weird. And they look old. Which tells me that their staff don't clean or inspect. It's a good onsen, just not well maintained.

This was a 'members only' spa. Therefore, you'd have to show your identity, gotta fill out a form before you could gain access. I'd say it's not as good as 塩屋温泉(楽々園), especially if Ganbanyoku (岩盤浴) is concerned. The variety of Ganbanyoku rooms were limited. The Onsen part was not particularly impressive either. The only saving grace might have been its resting spaces and 24-hour operation, where you could actually spend the whole day and night here.

Not the cheapest spa but the bathing facilities are good. There are several baths and a sauna room. Tooth brushes and razors available. The kitchen is open until midnight and the restaurant closes at 2:00. The sleeping room is not comfortable. Pillows are not available. There are only thin towelettes for covers. Very few mattresses, so most people have to sleep on regular tatami floor. Not many electric sockets.
