5件The gym’s facilities, environment, and front desk service are all excellent. However, why is the cleaner in the lady‘s changing room so rude?
Korean cleaning lady always act very rude. I was standing on bath mat wiping myself, she told me to move because she wanted to change to new one. She always wants to walk in the middle of walk way so I need to make a way for her. Sometimes she slams locker because I am just there. I saw her greeds other members and talks with smile, so seems she is trying to be rude just with me.
Nice view of Roppongi Hills. Spa is a bit aged and not super clean tho.
You can feel that Roppongi Hills slowly gets aged in this facility the most, probably. Locker room, showers, gym, sauna, pool, everything there, but also everything's not getting younger. The worst are the machines at the gym, pretty outdated. You can expect more for that pricy membership.
Great gym with friendly staff and a nice sauna and cold plunge.
