富士山天然水SPA サウナ鷹の湯

My friend and I were hiking in the area and got caught in a rainstorm, so we stopped into this spa, which was only a short taxi ride from one of our train stops on the way back to Tokyo. It was wonderful! The staff were so kind and helpful, even when we came in literally dripping wet. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided, and towels were available to rent for a small fee. There were multiple kinds of baths and saunas to try out, including a lovely outdoor bath and a tea bath. There were cold beverages for sale as well as various bathing amenities, and hair dryers were provided. I definitely recommend this spa, and I regret I didn't get to try out more of its services!

One of the best public baths we’ve had in the last 12 days. Clean, modern, with many tubs including a cold one, an outdoor tub and sauna. Theres also a bright and spacious rest area with TV and free Wi-Fi, to wind down for the day. It also serves light food and beer before 9 pm. Bath closes at 11 pm on weekday. Staff are friendly too. Will definitely come again if we’re ever in this part of Japan

As a foreigner it’s always a pleasure to come back here, staff members are always helpful. Can easily communicate with them with google translate. The Onsen is beautiful and clean, the shampoos are included to the price, they got special deals/ discounts, plus the 10 time pass has a good price too. +1 the curry is really tasty.

AVOID at all cost. NO BODY SOAP, SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER. The lady at the counter should have told customers before they bought the ticket. The vending machine sold each item in the 350-400yen range, so you will end up paying more than the entrance fee, which is expensive at 650yen. Facilities were run down with broken lockers, unusable showers etc. And no restaurant. Worst public bath I have been to.
