Stayed at CUBE Hiroshima and had a really comfortable experience. The capsules were clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious, and the overall layout felt very well thought out. Everything felt calm, organised, and easy to navigate. The staff were absolutely amazing — genuinely kind, incredibly helpful, and always happy to assist with anything I needed. They gave great recommendations, explained things clearly, and really went out of their way to make my stay smooth and stress-free. Their friendliness honestly made such a difference. The location is super convenient, with easy access to transport, shops, and sightseeing spots. Facilities were clean and well maintained, and the respectful atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day of walking around Hiroshima. A fantastic option if you want a comfortable, affordable stay with outstanding service. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it.

Staff was a bit nonchalant at first, but later was very friendly to offer me tips that it's better to take airport bus from Sogo bus terminal than Hiroshima station. Had very clean and quiet floor mates, quality hotel and guests. Even had hair straightener and products, wide range of amenities, new shower bag of pajamas, slippers, towels, mask, comb, toothbrush etc every night. Slept very well in my cabin, everything here is so spotless, air always fresh. Two streetcar stations from Hiroshima station, lots of buses nearby, cosmetics shop, restaurants, convenience store.

We enjoyed everything up until we had to go to sleep and the entire floor was very warm. The other parts of the floor that did not include beds were nicely air conditioned so we were thinking that the area around the beds was kept very warm for a reason which is strange. The comforter on the bed was also way too thick for a room that warm and it was too short so it would only go up to my stomach.

This capsule hotel was amazing ! They were organised, the staff was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived they keep my luggage until the check and explain where and what I can visit for the day. The capsule, bthrooms and restrooms were super clean ! I highly recommend this hotel if you come to Hiroshima.

My partner was on the 4th floor (females) and I was on the 5th floor (males) and both had the same good experience. We loved our stay here, probably our favourite in all of Japan. It was clean, quiet, easy to find and conveniently located to explore Hiroshima and the surrounding areas. It was helpful being able to leave our luggage before check in and the lady at reception provided useful information on how to enjoy a visit to Miyajima Island.
