MONSTER WORK & SAUNA

平日で空いてました。 初めて訪問しましたが、自分にはちょうど良かった。ポンチョも良かったし、風呂がなくシャワーだけってのもいい感じ。 サクッとサウナまで行けて、サウナも広くて開放感あり。 ナイアガラのロウリュウが発動するとかなり熱かった、3段目以上は個人的にヤバそう。 ととのいスペースが広く、リクライニングできるベンチがたくさんあり、暗く、雰囲気良く最高だった。

ワークスペースとサウナが融合した、かなり珍しくて面白いコンセプトの施設！ 「仕事→サウナ→仕事」という流れを本気で成立させようとしている点が印象的でした！ 館内は清潔感があり、無機質すぎず落ち着いた雰囲気！ワークスペースは電源・Wi-Fiともに安定しており、短時間の作業から集中したい作業まで幅広く対応できます！静かすぎず騒がしすぎない空気感で、自然と集中できる環境が整っていました！ 施設内には有名人のサイン色紙が数多く飾られており、思わず足を止めて見てしまいました！業界関係者や著名人も訪れていることが分かり、この施設が注目されている理由が伝わってきます！ちょっとしたワクワク感があるのも良いポイントです！ サウナはしっかり熱く、発汗も十分！水風呂とのバランスも良く、外気浴では自然と呼吸が深くなります！仕事で凝り固まった頭と身体を一度リセットするのにちょうど良い設計で、「作業の合間に軽く入る」というより、「整えてから次の集中に入る」使い方が向いていると感じました！ ただ、個人的な好みで言うと、系列店の西荻窪のルーフトップの方が印象には残っています！屋上ならではの開放感や空の広さ、外気浴の気持ちよさはやはり別格で、純粋な“整い体験”としては西荻窪に軍配が上がります！ こちらは機能性・利便性重視、西荻窪は体験・開放感重視といった住み分けがされている印象です！ 仕事をしっかり進めたい日や、都心で効率よく集中＋サウナをしたい日には非常に使いやすい施設！ 「仕事とサウナを両立させたい人」には一度は体験してほしい場所です！

This review is from someone who regularly goes to sento and uses the sauna quite a bit. There's a push to connect your lLINE account upon entry, but I avoided it with a foreign cell. Monster is all about the sauna, and nothing else. At over 2500 JPY for 90 minutes, it is rather expensive for what you get. The perk is that they offer so much amenity, you can come completely unprepared and do fine. It serves the person who doesn't necessarily bring their own stuff quite well- large towel, small towel, robe, and all the bathing product you need (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) is provided. There are no hot baths or sauna options beyond the main one, so be prepared to be disappointed if you're comparing it to local super sentos. However, if you just want sauna and can spend the cash, it'll do the job nicely. The hot wind experience at 7:30 pm was a curious novelty.

Seems like people are giving bad reviews based on silly stuff like ‘cold bath is too shallow’ or ‘ changing room space is small’ but the facility is awesome - really hot sauna + huge cold bath that is the same depth as every other sauna I’ve been to. Also a big area to relax after the cold bath which is super relaxing (you need to change into a gown but that feels much more sanitary). Going to bring my friends here again soon!

I participated in a private event at Monster Sauna. The transition from the Niagara Loyly to a single cold water bath, followed by a cozy gown for relaxation, really added a touch of kindness to the experience. I appreciated how well everything was balanced, considering the trade-off between the experiential value and the operational challenges. It was a great way to properly unwind on the last day of the holiday. Big thanks to the staff who were up early to prepare everything!
