Nice hotel,infront Niigata mrt,there's a onsen inside,peferct for a cold winter! Their breakdast was nice and delicious,i love it to stay here more!

Great hotel, convenient location, clean rooms and friendly staff. I'm usually not the biggest fan of hotel breakfasts in Japan, but I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The public bath was a great size too with a sauna as well. Would definitely stay again next time I am in Niigata.

Had an excellent 3 nights stay at hotel global view! The customer service is impeccable! Ms Sakamune is very helpful in assisting me to contact an onsen hotel to arrange the shuttle service. Everyone is polite and professional! Room amenities were all just right. Very comfortable beds. Location is just right opposite the JR Niigata station! Will definitely stay here again next time! Thank you once again for a fantastic stay!

Really nice comfortable rooms! Lots of space! A bit more upscaled compared to other business hotels but at the time of booking. Costs more or less the samr. The only downside is they use standard unit baths found commonly in business hotels. Also very close to the station!

Great location right across from the station. Typical Japanese Hotel everything where you expect it to be. Good breakfast Japanese style with some Western options. Aquarium was close by and on the bus route.
